What operating system to choose for vps? [for RUST server]?

Which of the following systems should I choose for a VPS to host a RUST server?
Systems:
CENOS 6, CENTOS 7, BitrexVM + CentOS 7
Debian 7, Debian 8
Ubuntu 14.04 , Ubuntu 16.04

Latest available Debian.
Ubuntu has a lot of everything unnecessary for the server out of the box and as a result, the OS eats 100+ MB of memory.
Debian is about 50-60MB.
There are fewer training materials for CENTOS.

Which OS do you know best? Here's the one you choose! For myself I would use centos7. But if there is no experience at all, then it is better to use either Ubuntu16 or Debian.
