What operating system is suitable for a weak laptop?

Need to set up a laptop for study and drawing, so it would be nice to be able to use a graphics tablet. The OS must be able to work with drivers and support drawing programs.
The question is relevant for devices with the following or similar characteristics: AMD A4-9125 AMD RADEON R3, 8GB RAM

The answer here is obvious (well, almost): Windows.
If there are drivers for your tablet on Win 7, then this is your choice, if not, then Win 8 +
In Linux, you will have dances with tambourines with tablets.

Lenovo ThinkPad X201 Tablet
installed 8 gigs of memory and ssd.
Worth 10k pro. Works great. True, I had to install the English version from scratch and MUI for the Russian language.

Bought 4 years ago for work. Changed only memory, hdd -> ssd, battery
