I am new to programming. I want to learn about testing. What are the best offline courses in Moscow you can recommend? Preferably offline, if there are none, then online courses.

They just focus on full-time (offline) education. I myself studied there as a tester. A group of 8 people, they give out laptops, a lot of practice. Check out the program on the site, you will understand what's what there.

I do not live in Moscow, and not even in the Russian Federation. With the comrades who unsubscribed earlier, I do not fully agree.
Courses can be helpful to explain the most basic, conceptual things to you - if you are not quite able to understand them yourself. And here you do not need to look for the "best", just normal.
But one must understand that not a single course in the universe will do more on its own, imagination, logic, and understanding are needed to apply and assimilate the acquired knowledge. In this - every man for himself. In fairness, with them - it is possible without courses. A little more difficult, but a little.
In essence: having received the base, in any way, you still have to start from the basics. And slowly progress. If there is no base at all, courses can help. Otherwise, it's better to give me money, I can't guarantee you any career, and I won't teach you anything. But, on the other hand, lie on this topic too :)
