What nuances await when uploading a large pirated video?

Through the Youtube API, it turns out to upload +/- 10 videos per day, and the total number of files is +/- 230.
Therefore, I thought it would be nice to first combine them into several large files and upload them like this. Youtube restrictions allow, in theory, to upload videos up to 12 hours or up to 128gb, but this is only in theory because the Internet is full of cases where less videos were rejected, for example 6 hours .....
I wanted to upload the video privately or with limited access of course (not for resale but for myself)
Who faced with the moderation of large videos and ban for this?
