I would like to receive practical advice that will bring my site to TIC = 10 (from scratch).
The site is in the index (about a hundred pages, some of them are unique content).
The pages have TITLE, Description, H1 and other standard SEO stuff.
In general, there are practically no errors on the site, because. used by CMF where it is already taken into account in the box.
Question - where and what do I need to buy or do to get a TIC equal to 10?
As I understand it, TIC is a citation index, i.e. links on other sites to my site.
What will be the advice? Preferably practical - to take it and do it, and not think, think out, do something other than what was meant.

Depends on the subject, niche competition, age of the domain, trust of donor sites, number of links, number of referring domains, type of links (social, from directories, from the crowd, content links, anchor, non-anchor, their ratio among themselves), where these links are located on the site, how many links from the main pages, the naturalness of links, how smoothly or abruptly their growth goes, and a huge bunch of factors that even indexoids don’t really know.
P.S. Why do you need TIC? A site in Yandex can be promoted only on internal optimization and content, and only after finishing off the position by buying / attracting a small number of links.
Not quite sure what action you want to hear? Something like: "For TIC 10 you need to buy 100 links from sites with TIC 1000, domain age 5 years"?

At one time (3 years ago it was), I ordered about 20 articles / posts with links to several different pages of the site on the Miralinks, Blogun, Gogetlinks, Rotapost exchanges (there are many more now). Then an article (writing and posting on my chosen sites of my own subject matter) cost about 150-300 rubles. Placed gradually, 3-5 per week. I agree there are enough myths and crooks. Buy both permanent and rental links at the same time (look at the competitor's link profile on ahrefs, you will understand how much and which ones to buy). Buy software to check donor spam and buy only good ones, remove bad ones. Raised from 20 to 130 in 2 months
