Can someone explain why the contact somehow strangely compresses the picture and how to deal with it?

In the picture under the tail of the fox, you can see the pixelation. In the original image, the entire circle is uniform blue.
I saved it in different formats: jpeg, gif, png, as well as in different resolutions: at first it was 200*500, then it was changed to 600*1500px. The result doesn't change at all.

You can't do anything, VK servers process the image, regardless of the source file.
