How to automate uploading photos to a VK group?

I really want to do something similar but I don't know how to do it better.
There is a site through which photos are uploaded, these photos sometimes have subscriptions "description or some other information on the type of location" and you need to somehow automate this .. when you upload a photo to the site, so that it automatically appears in the album .
It is towards api to look?? Maybe someone did something similar?
Just a little about it, as if I'm so lazy..
