There is a problem on the site - H1 and H3 tags are duplicated.
Moreover, they are duplicated in css components, what can be done about this?

This file is responsible for the overall design of the entire site. And just for looks.
The H1 and H3 heading tags most likely come from different places. Look in the header.php file of the current template and look for the H1 tag there.
The h3 tag most likely appears in the text of the pages or in the code of the components on them.
