How to download modules after changing the 1C-Bitrix edition from "Start" to "Standard"?

Hello!
After changing the edition from "Start" to "Standard", the demo version of the site was updated, something was downloaded and updated. However, the required "Polls" module did not appear in the "Services" section of the admin panel.
What am I doing wrong and how should the revision upgrade process work normally?

go to settings - modules and click on install it
