How to remove duplicates with a strange url in Bitrix?

The site contains many duplicates of this type:
site.rf/dir1/ - original
duplicate page:
site.rf/dir1/8%20%28812%29%20941-04-04

site.rf/dir1/8%20%28921%29 %20941-04-04%20%3Cspan%3EViber,%20WhatsApp%3C/8%20%28812%29%20941-04-04

website.rf/dir1/8%20%28921%29%20941-04-04 %20%3Cspan%3EViber,%20WhatsApp%3C/8%20%28921%29%20941-04-04%20%3Cspan%3EViber,%20WhatsApp%3C/8%20%28812%29%20941-04-04

etc.
Where do they come from and is it possible to put a redirect on them in bulk so as not to prescribe a bunch of 301 redirects in htaccess?

These "doubles" look like a phone number added to the current page, or a phone number + a piece of layout. Check the links that are on the phone numbers on this page. A link to a phone number must begin with the tel: protocol, followed by the numbers of the phone number without any additional characters. characters such as spaces, brackets, pluses, etc.
Why are these exactly duplicates, i.e. why you open the content of the main page / section - you need to ask your routing. Because this is Bitrix - I will assume that this section contains some kind of complex component that itself should resolve the routing. Either he does not know how to process incorrect links in principle, or a flag is not set in his settings that it is necessary to set 404 for non-existent links.
