What needs to be done in order not to violate the LGPL v3 license?

I use the library under the LGPLv3 license in my course work. The program is written in C# and uses dynamic linking.
What do I need to do to avoid violating the LGPLv3 license?
Specifically, I have the following questions:
Do I need to distribute the source code of the used library?
Do I need to specify in the program itself (the About window) something related to the LGPL?
Do I need to paste the txt files of the LGPLv3 license and the license of the used library into the folder with the program?

@Zprime

https://ru.wikisource.org/wiki/GNU_Lesser_General_... - license text translated into Russian, version 2.1 of course, but there should not be any fundamental differences in the wording
