What needs to be done in order for the Display List function to work in the terminal when working with 1C?

Good afternoon!
I connect to the server from 1C via rdp. I launch 1C and go to Bank signs. When I try to Display the list, it says:
Output is prohibited!
If you enter 1C with the same user only through the 1C client, then everything works.
