What modern courses/books on Android programming can you recommend?

What courses can I take to learn programming on Android from scratch (preferably in Russian, because my English is at an elementary level)?

So far I have identified the following options:

1) Self-education:
a) Books - what modern books would you recommend (in Russian)?
b) Online video lessons on youtube - what are the modern channels / teachers where you can study for free?

2) Courses - what paid courses/schools in Russian would you recommend? I'm still leaning towards GeekBrains, maybe someone had experience teaching Android programming at this school?

If you choose point 1), then tell me what you need to specifically study? Did I understand correctly that it is necessary in this order:
-Java
-Kotlin
-RXJava2, Dagger 2, Moxy
