What mini-projects can be implemented in php for an employer?

Good day to all.
I watched a course on php, OOP, MVC. It seems that I know a little bit of everything. But I don’t have practical skills, except for solving any problems (working with arrays, working with databases, etc.), but they are too small to be shown to the public .
Can anyone advise what can be implemented to upload to github for employers.
Naturally, I'm aiming at Jun.

Now I want to write a pseudo CMS just to fill my hand, but I don’t want to spread it, because I think that everyone and sundry already wrote their shit-"engines"
