What mind map to take to systematize knowledge?

I have used PearlTrees before. But it doesn't really fit my needs.
For example, I found a new CSS framework that I need. Keeping it in browser bookmarks is not convenient. Dump.
I would like to have a mind map at hand with all the links. So that I can see the technology, save the link and it is at hand.
Or a resource, or a news portal.
Those. I want to organize links, materials, clippings from sites, screenshots, notes. To have everything at hand.

Alternatively, you can take a closer look at one of the services:
exobrain
subtask
mind42
If you still like to work offline, then for mind mapping, Mindmanager from Mindjet is very good in terms of functionality.

Cool idea, I want that too. Preferably a web service with iOS and OS X integration.

I recommend mindmeister.net as for me - the best in this topic. Cross-platform and full feature set.
