What means can be used to organize a “chat” between the Administration and the User in 1C-Bitrix: Site Management?

Good day!

I have this situation: the user sends his data entered into the form, where the file is still attached according to the type of application and you need to organize a sort of "chat" with the possibility for the Administration to write to the user that, let's say, he has an error in such and such a paragraph, when he filled out. Or the user can find out the status of processing the application from the administration.

So, please tell me how you can competently make such an exchange of messages and documents between the Administration and the User (with the ability to attach files to both roles, that of the Admin, that of the User) in 1C-Bitrix: Site Management? Maybe there are even some ready-made solutions / modules (free and maybe even in a box from Bitrix)? The corporate version of the site is used.

In fact, the minimum functionality is needed ... When sending a form filled out by the user with an attached file, I create a record in a separate infoblock where all the filled data and the attached file are stored. You just need to somehow say so on "this topic" (meaning entries in the info block) to organize the ability to exchange messages and also attach files if necessary.

Judging by the description, the technical support module is ideal for you, unless you need realtime https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/course/index.php... .
