What maps of Moscow should be implemented in a paid web application?

I am thinking about a web service, in one of the stages of its work it will be necessary to display a map with several points. Access to the service is paid, which means Yandex.Maps and Google.Maps are no longer available. I am not able to pay 300 thousand rubles a year for a license, the scale of activity is not the same, and the card is not a central function for me in the service. 2GIS also wants decent money for commercial use.
The question is what are the alternatives? OpenStreetMaps? Something else that has an API and a high-quality map of Moscow?
