What mail server to use?

Mail server

There is a domain on win 2008r2.
Mail now works on Synology, on it, respectively, and file storage.
What I want:
1. I want to manage all users in one place to the maximum.
2. I want a mailer with a calendar, contacts and a contact book (with information from the domain)
In this regard, the question is - is it possible to use Zimbra for these purposes or is it better to breed a manual for Exchange?
May be something else?

Mdaemon - look in his direction. Fairly easy to learn. Everything you need is there.

If the manual is bred on Exchange, then also on Outlook.
