What literature to read to study linear algebra?

Hey!
I would like to achieve an understanding of neural networks and start working with it. I read a couple of articles, watched a couple of videos on this topic. I realized that for a start I need mathematics, or rather linear algebra.
The last time I studied algebra was in the 11th grade (my university was not technical and higher mathematics was only in the 1st year, I just remember that matrices were passed and only)
Advise literature for studying linear algebra in Russian or in English.
Thanks for answers!

Before studying the ruler, it is required to master other sections of algebra. So I recommend this book (it has everything you need):
Faddeev D.K. Lectures on Algebra. Moscow: Nauka, 1984.
