How to find the roots of an equation?

Need to find all three roots of the equation Ey^3 + by^2 + cy + d = 0 .( E = 10^(-6) )
Is it possible to do it by Newton's method? If so, how to find the limits in which the roots are located?
It needs to be programmed, maybe someone knows where to look for similar solutions?
