Please advise worthy literature on the creation, administration of structured cabling systems (SCS).

What exactly do you want to achieve? Usually practice and reading of the best implementation experiences helps here.
By the way, if we really recommend it, I would recommend taking the Panduit / SYSTIMAX courses. There is a fairly large amount of information out there.
