What license terms do I violate by installing ESET PROTECT on Windows 7?

I hope for connoisseurs of Microsoft licenses.

There is such an administration product for ESET PROTECT antivirus. Its server version also supports desktop versions of Windows. Today I came across a footnote in the official documentation : Installing ESET PROTECT components on a client's OS may be contrary to Microsoft's licensing policy. Check the Microsoft licensing terms or contact the software vendor for help

In Windows 7 , the wording is a little vague, but something fits. Specifically, paragraph 8 says:

VOLUME OF THE LICENSE. The software is not for sale , but is provided for use under license. This agreement only gives you certain rights to use the features found in the release of the software that you have licensed. Microsoft reserves all other rights. <…> In doing so, you must comply with any technical restrictions in the software that allow you to use the software only in certain ways. You may not:
• attempt to work around technical limitations in the software;
<…>
• use this software to provide network services on a
commercial basis.

Under the technical restrictions should be understood, for example, a limit of 20 connections (see paragraph 3e).
But Windows 10 has a more unambiguous license, see point 2c:
Restrictions. The manufacturer or installer and Microsoft reserve all rights (such as rights under intellectual property laws) not expressly granted under this agreement. For example, this license does not grant you the right to :
<…>
(iv) attempt to work around technical limitations in the software;
(v) use the software as server software , to provide hosted services on a commercial basis, make the software available for simultaneous use by multiple users on a network, install the software on a server, and provide users with remote access to itor install the software on the device for use by remote users only;
(vii) when using the online features, you may not use them in any way that could interfere with others' use of them, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or make unauthorized use of any services, data, accounts or networks.
