What library to use to write a Telegram bot on nodeJs?

Hello, tell me which library is more suitable for my needs:
1) Creating a keyboard, for example, I ask a question and display a keyboard with answer options.
2) Send the user an array of photos, text and buttons, for example, I ask the user, after that, depending on the user's answers, I display 5 options for him, a photo, a description below it and a button for more detailed information.
I tried to just display the keyboard via telegraf, I couldn’t, and node-telegram-bot-api had problems with sending not one message by the bot, but dozens of messages with an interval of 20 seconds.
Maybe there are examples of similar bots, or who did something similar, tell me what to choose to write it? The main question is to issue a batch of photos, text and buttons, not understanding how to do it, send 5 messages?
