What library to use for clickable hashtags and menus in a textbox?

Tried several libraries. One can parse hashtags # and menus @, but if there is not a single hashtag or mesh in the text, then the text is not shown at all. Another does not know how to parse Russian hashtags. The third one can only use hashtags, but not menus. Tell me what you use yourself to make clickable tags and multiple users in the text field.
