Who knows what good libraries are out there for creating beautiful animations? For example, most probably heard about such an application as clean master, it uses animations (for example, after cleaning the phone, you can see an icon that scrolls 180 ° and a stroke appears around it smoothly) which, it seems to me, can only be done with some library.

Any animation can be done without any libraries.
