Law in IT

What laws and articles of codes should the administrator of a regular information site familiarize with?

Advise - what laws and articles of the criminal, civil or some other code you need to know so as not to inadvertently violate the law as the owner of a regular information site such as a database about games, a news portal on, say, an IT topic, or just a blog on your own hosting and domain .
I would like to know what is possible, what is impossible, for what a fine, and for what, there may even be a term (I strongly hope that there is no such thing :)
You can, in principle, omit articles for extremism, nationalism, separatism, and the feelings of believers, I think this collection is all reread (Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation Article 20.3, Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Article 354.1, Criminal Code 148, Criminal Code 280.1, Criminal Code 282, Criminal Code 280, Criminal Code 205.2, Code of Administrative Offenses 20.29).

If it's just a personal blog about something - all articles for extremism and stuff + copyright must be respected. It is not even necessary to know the law itself, rather, you need to check what you write.
If you have a subscription to news / order services and other amenities that require a feedback form, then 152-FZ (on personal data).
Well, depending on the subject of your site, a variety of acts can be applied, it’s better to google it yourself.
PS Just in case, also study the articles on slander and insult, I don’t remember their number in the Criminal Code. There is damage to business reputation and there are many more things for which, if desired, you can be attracted)

Well, as it were, you should probably first decide on the subject of the resource and already dance from this ... And so nobody really studies anything in this direction :) They study css, html, js, etc., and the laws are purely "on intuition" .
PS Still often helps the constant assistant in this matter - her majesty zh..pa. He feels in advance and suggests what is possible, and what is probably better not worth it))
