LLC to interact with RIPE. What could be the catch?

Hello, a client here sent such a question, but I don’t know the word “absolutely”

Hello.
Somehow, our old friends from Israel asked us to provide them with an LLC for interaction with RIPE
. They paid 6000 rubles - 9000 rubles for the enterprise. our director signed the contract, and, apparently, traded (?) ip-addresses on behalf of the company.
The question is - do you know what it is, and - how profitable is such a thing? (how toxic, according to the latest global trends)?
Here is a piece of correspondence with another dude who needed one of the enterprises:
1. Interested in buying your COMPANY NAME LLC
. reports on it are not
submitted and a decision was made on the upcoming exclusion of the legal entity from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
I'm interested in it for the sake of LIR in RIPE. He, as I understand it, you too
not needed, because all IP addresses have already been transferred from it. And
you probably don't plan to pay for it next year.
I need LIR, but I don't need IP addresses. That's why I want to save
2000 Euros for the entrance fee to RIPE.
2. Judging by the e-mail and address, LLC "OTHER LLC"
is also related to you.
Although there is already a director and owner of XXX XXX.
There are now only ipv6 addresses left, which are of no particular value
. Those. you are probably planning to
get rid of this LIR too.
In general, I need any LIR without addresses. You, as I see it, have a lot of them.
etc..
Can we make money on RIPE...?

@dimonchik2013

well, what's the catch?
or you pay 1400+ EUR annually and know what to do,
or Israeli comrades pay 1400 EUR and earn 1024*12*1*K USD, 0 < K < 1
