What laptop to buy within 25k rubles?

Need a laptop for work, up to 25k rubles.
The work consists in using a standard office suite + a small bundle of programs for the designer (AI, PS).
I don’t require a lot of autonomy, the weight is also not critical, the laptop should replace a home stationary PC.
I can not choose from the whole variety of models and manufacturers. While I stopped at Lenovo B5070 (22k). Perhaps you can recommend something else?
