What language to choose for the application?

I was going to write an application, familiar with AS3 and a little with C ++ and Java. The application is simple in principle, a bit of mathematics, graphs and work with the database. I'm going to write initially on android and later transfer to ios (we can also on win), it's also possible I will make a site where partial functionality and the ability to download will be available. Initially, I thought that I should write the most in Qt because of cross-platform, but I even thought, maybe in native java for android, and then rewrite it in swift (learn the language at the same time), but I will lose time because of this

If you have experience with Qt, why not?
Otherwise, you may lose time and interest.

Java.

Are you in a hurry? Use multiplatform technologies that you know. Not? So you can at least reinvent your wheel and scribble on it.
