What language do you think the bots from this service are written in? vbots dot ru (not advertising)
It is surprising how quickly comments sent to the bot in PM are added, the number of messages from the bot and all this is updated instantly, with what help are these chips implemented?

Any language.
It is most reasonable to write powerful bots in C # or Java, and small ones in JS, Python or Ruby.
