What knowledge is needed to manage an online store?
I have absolutely no experience in commercial matters, but, as is usually the case, the prospect of running an online store as a co-founder of an LLC arose out of the blue. There was an urgent need to obtain relevant knowledge - after all, I don’t want to look, to put it mildly, incompetent in the face of partners, and I need this to increase my own efficiency.
What should a person who is far from economics, but close to technology, know? Personally, the policy of pricing and maintaining the internal finances of a commercial organization is completely unclear to me. Advise a list of relevant literature, let it be as much as you like - I have more than enough time and motivation. Everything is interesting, from analytics and financial management to marketing and customer service.

I would advise communication with real people, from accounting to service personnel.
You do not need to delve into the intricacies of accounting, but picking up the terminology and basics, it will be easier for you to master macroeconomics, knowing in advance the pitfalls of doing business in _this_ country.
Pretty impressive list to cover everything. Write a list of the most important tasks you need to complete.
For example, the main sources of my knowledge are books (marketing, sales, advertising), blogs (marketing, web development, e-commerce), forums (biznet.ru), webinars and seminars (Completo, Igor Mann, Levitas), practice ( web development, copywriting, online store management, sales, marketing).
