What kind of transitions to the site for provocative requests?

Hello dear!
Today I noticed an interesting picture in Google Analytics - supposedly there are 50 online users on my site and most of them came from different search engines for key queries that have nothing to do with the site. The site is generally very small and there are no such words on it.
It is clear that this traffic is artificially generated, but for what purpose? Is this some kind of competition unknown to me? Is it possible to reduce the authority of the site in the eyes of search engines?

wp has security plugins forbidding this. Apparently on other systems too.
