What kind of tool is used to unscrew the pins in the case under the motherboard?

Question. Never thought about that detail. But I doubt that these are pliers or a key on the conveyor. So how are they twisted during manual assembly?

If this is a small-scale manual assembly, then the most convenient socket for a cordless screwdriver.
If you need to assemble one computer, then you can use pliers. The main thing is to tighten it so that during disassembly the rack does not unscrew along with the screw.

On assembly lines, usually air or electric screwdrivers, or even a robot, with a set of socket heads and bits.
A set of heads can be bought at any construction or auto store. Available at Leroy, Ikea, etc.
