kmk it is a 500 degree thermistor that is hard to find. but the thermocouple - without any problems.

You can measure the thermocouple yourself if your arms are straight and you are not afraid of high voltage. A bath of salt water is placed, one electrode is connected to it, and the other is twisted. The wires are connected through the LATR (or a powerful load like a ballast in series) and gently touch the surface of the water with a twist. Proven method.
You just need to calibrate.

Thermistors up to 500 gr. does not physically exist. Thermocouples are used in soldering stations. To repair an industrial PS, look for one like it was there, for a PS of your own composition, take any, for example, the one used in multimeters.
