What kind of LTE module can be installed?

I am doing my diploma. In a project I am using nrf52 and I need an internet connection. The device will receive real-time video signal (maximum format format 80*160) and send a response back.
The problem is finding a suitable module, up to 1.5 cm * 1.5 cm in size (it would be better if it is smaller). Can anyone suggest such a chip?
