What kind of hosting from Russia can conclude an agreement with an NPO under 44fz?

Didn't expect it to be such a problem, but it is.

We are a legal entity, NPO. We want to conclude a new contract with hosting, but since we work within the framework of the 44FZ, the contract must be appropriate. In particular:
1. The cost of services must be fixed by the contract, including tariffs. Changes are possible, but not more than 10 percent of the contract price and by agreement of the parties.
2. The term of the contract cannot be automatically extended after the expiration of the current contract.
3. Every little thing, such as a description of the purchased services in the contract, such as: SSL certificate, control panel, backup. In fact, sometimes they write simply: Hosting.

In fact, a bunch of hosting companies do not have employees to work with legal entities at all. persons, and all issues have to be discussed with their accounting department. Often, these accounting departments answer the question about the possibility of making changes to the hosting contract, with its subsequent possible approval, for several days or do not answer at all. Many say that they work under a standard contract and cannot be changed. Why it can not be changed is not said.

Actually, the question is, who has already had the experience of buying VDS \ VPS directly from a supplier in Russia, from a Russian legal entity, under an agreement under 44 fz? Please share links.

PS
Adequate intermediaries in the form of individual entrepreneurs / studios are also interested.

well, you go to the public procurement site, study the purchases that have already been made, the service providers who won the purchases ... and only then, if something is not clear, come with a specific question ...
the word "hosting" falls out to *** on procurement...

Because these are parasites like cyberry.pro - a desk with three cripples, they themselves sit on one hosting, trade the IP of another hosting, and they just don’t send any dissatisfaction :D
