What jurisdictions are the most preferable for opening a legal entity/account for a mobile startup?

There is an almost ready mobile application for the main current platforms. The business model provides for the start of monetization 1-3 months after the official launch. It is necessary to ensure the legal functioning of the company and good, transparent reporting, in case there are serious investors who want to invest. But the company was initially made not for sale, but for independent functioning. Modeling indicates that the revenue from the product in half a year after the launch will be $10-14 thousand per month, subject to a neutral market reaction.
In general, if in a simple way, then I want everything to be honest and absolutely legal, while the document flow is simpler, the better. Well, taxes, of course, the less the better. It is not planned to carry out special work in the jurisdiction itself, the specialists will be here as individual entrepreneurs and work under contracts.

And what about the law on CFC in the latest edition ? If you own more than 25% of a foreign company and do not live there permanently, please be kind enough to pay taxes here.
