What are the pitfalls for Radio IT?

Zababahat first Internet radio station and if it comes then branches in cities. The topic is this, I’ll tell you about the implementation, in general, the program pulls articles from habr with curl and reads them with a voice synthesizer, the voice is transmitted via tcp / IP / udp to listeners. A bunch of headings, various IT and near IT sites. Make a heading an expert (a living person) says, for example, all sorts of inspiring things. You can also buy audio tracks from IT YouTube channels. Yes, the audience will be small, but if you broadcast to the whole of Russia, then it will come in. Then we buy the frequency from the state. And we are growing. Is there a pitfall?

My answer may seem rude.
The main pitfall: it is not clear what problem all this solves.
The main pitfall: dubbing content that is not created, not designed / composed for the audio format does not add value. Audio is a one-dimensional stream, and is just an interface for information. The news section is more designed for this format. But podcasts would be enough for this, since radio implies real-time streaming.
Tombstone pitfall: You have plans in the question to expand on an idea that most likely does not work. In order not to multiply 0 by a cumbersome effort, start not with the solution, but start with the problem.
PS and read Paul Graham's essay, after all!

If this is not human voice acting, then people will not go. If it's not YouTube, then the audience will be small

First of all, you will need a license. If you are making radio.
It is possible without it, but when will you open branches as you say. Then you will most likely not be allowed to trade frequencies. Secondly, you need an LLC or IP.
Then you need permission to use the material. It doesn't matter from habr or from somewhere else.
Then you need a program on which the broadcast is mounted so that there are no pauses.
You need a live presenter as the AI doesn't read very well.
