What is your understanding of the average knowledge of php / js / sql?

You can give links to projects or describe to make it clear that this is about a project that can be done with average knowledge.
Sometimes they write in vacancies average knowledge of php / js / sql. About small (weak) knowledge and good knowledge I think clearly. But what about the middle ones, what level of projects are they? I would like to see the layout and what was done in php and js and how exactly (cms/framework, manually).

The topic is too broad. I would divide it like this:
Good knowledge = you know how to do it, and you can justify why by citing past projects as an example
Medium knowledge = you are told how to do it and you do it without asking questions about how it works
Little knowledge = you are told how to do it to do, but you have never done it and you need to deal with it
Based on this, I would estimate average knowledge as follows - you are given a task, and you can solve it without access to reference materials. For example, they say that it is necessary to develop a plugin that will turn wordpress into an online store. You cut off the Internet (by downloading the necessary libraries) and you can do everything locally = congratulations, you are average.
