The ideal client is the client who understands that any transaction is the achievement by two parties of one common goal and the parties to this transaction are partners for the entire duration of this transaction.
And already from this - follow: mutual understanding, trust, respect for each other, etc.
The transaction is impossible when:
1. The client thinks that he is the boss, and the Contractor is his subordinate.
2. When one side feels imbalanced (not enough money/too expensive)
