What is your experience with Wellav smp100?

Good afternoon. The Wellav smp100 piece of iron is available . Has anyone worked with this equipment and, in particular, with modules for it (such as a module for IPTV with 2 combo ports)?
We are interested in configurations that are already in use or have been used and for some reason have been redone or removed altogether.
We tried to broadcast asi (reception) and exit through the iptv module via multicast, but problems with the line begin.
