Starting from version 1.9 of jquery, the toggle function works differently, use earlier versions, well, these versions do not seem to have css3 animation support, I could be wrong. In addition, the animation is wrong, you rotate the strips by 15 degrees in the same direction, i.e. they will not intersect, plus you still need to make an offset.
