What is worth learning about Bootstrap 3?

I study layout, took some theory courses. I want to immediately learn in practice to type on Bootstrap 3.
I read the materials on this site www.oneskyapp.com/ru/docs/bootstrap/css I feel that something is missing, there are gaps in understanding :)
Advise some small understandable video tutorial without water on Bootstrap 3 for beginners.
Thank you all, have a great weekend, and I'll work :)

Bootstrap is essentially a set of ready-made UI elements, plugins for them, which are used in order not to waste time creating UI elements from scratch. To get started, familiarize yourself with the structure of all elements, from simple buttons, icons and fields, to more voluminous ones, like modals, etc., how they can be combined, modified with classes, arranged using a grid, etc. And in the process, if necessary, study the js plugins themselves to control the same UI elements.

What is worth studying in the Primer?

Bootstrap is a framework i.e. a set of ready-made styles and plugins for jQuery (javascript framework).
First, learn how to layout, just layout simple layouts, on pure CSS, only for desktops (computers, laptops), for example, take these 5 really useful responsive page templates and make them just for desktops.
Absorb materials from here htmlbook , tk. it has not been updated for a long time, most of the properties are supported in the latest browsers!

If you are interested in layout from layouts, then it is better to start with Photoshop. Study the part that is needed for the layout designer. Try to make a template with your own styles to consolidate some basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Well, then you can use frameworks. Try to write themes for the framework and generally see how professionals solved this or that task.
