Some styles are generated inside the style tag, but these are not styles at all, but some kind of counters and affiliate links. I began to check my site, I thought which file was causing this problem, but no, I searched everything and later noticed that it appears in the code on any site where I go. No extensions installed. There are no viruses. Is it the opera that monetizes itself or something? I think this somehow makes it difficult to work in the browser and how to get rid of it, there is no such thing in Chrome.

A quick googling of "Opera CSS :root" found claims that this was the work of Opera's built-in adblocker. Try turning it off.
