What is the Wordpress plugin for adding flash banners to website pages?

Good afternoon. You need to add a banner to the main page of the site, as shown in the image attached to the question. And the second block, whose banners will change depending on the page. Of course, it would be nice if you could view the number of clicks on the banner.
