What is the way to store passwords according to the conditions of the task?

Where is the best place to store passwords for everything in the world - from pornhub accounts to servers and more? I tried keepass - keep in the title is an extra word. I want:

1) selfhosted only
2) web-ui
3) 2FA
4) easy import and export of a file with passwords (any format, but of course in encrypted form)
5) regular automatic backup but external services - from ftp to "cloud" ( I hate this marketing concept) storages. Naturally, the backup file should be just a collection of bytes without any super-master password to open it.

It's impossible. How are you going to decrypt it?

Take a closer look at keepass. There are several different clients, including those with web-ui, and they are all compatible at the level of the password file (kbd or kbdx).
If you only use web-ui through a browser, you will lose all the hotkeys, which is sad. But it's your choice.
There is no regular backup and / or synchronization, but there are plugins. In general, you can backup the password file with anything, even with winrar. My dropbox syncs and backups.
"the backup file should just be a bunch of bytes without some super master password to open it" is that no encryption at all?
You can use not a master password, but a key, or even an account from the OS. You can export the password database to an unencrypted file (but it's not clear why).
