What is the USB current strength of a smartphone / tablet?

In general, there is an idea to make a small USB-powered flashlight, but not from a USB PC or a power adapter for charging mobile devices. And from the mobile devices themselves. But I don’t know what current strength and what voltage the phone or tablet itself gives out. More specifically, my devices are "HIGHSCREEN BOOST II SE" and "LG Google Nexus 5 16Gb".

I think none. They only take and give nothing back. These are the bastards...

The voltage there will be no more than 5 volts exactly, this is the USB standard, and the current will depend on you according to Ohm's law.
Of course, only if you can get the onboard voltage of the device on the usb input ports
