What is the URL of a module in glassfish?
Help, please, deal with glassfish and java ee. In Intellij IDEA, I created a new WebServices and JavaEE Application project. IDEA made a HelloWorld service. How to use it? I specified the path to glassfish and started the project. In the glassfish web interface, the module is loaded, but what is its URL? I tried many combinations and got 404 for everything. By default, in the Run configuration, the URL to open the browser is " localhost:8080/J2EE_war_exploded "
// HelloWorld.java
package example;
import javax.jws.WebMethod;
import javax.jws.WebService;
import javax.xml.ws.Endpoint;
@WebService()
public class HelloWorld {
@WebMethod
public String sayHelloWorldFrom(String from) {
String result = "Hello, world, from " + from;
System.out.println(result);
return result;
}
public static void main(String[] argv) {
Object implementor = new HelloWorld ();
String address = "http://localhost:9000/HelloWorld";
Endpoint.publish(address, implementor);
}
}
