What is the upload speed on the CrashPlan backup service?

Does anyone use this backup service?
How big is the actual backup speed?
Does it decrease when it reaches a certain level (as, for example, on Carbonite when it reaches 200 GB)?

All of them, except for Wuala, have low speed. On CrashPlan, I had 400-600 kilobytes, sort of.

if upload speed is important, then S3 from Amazon is very fast
