I really like the Twitter client for Chrome - tweetdesk - but I use firefox more often.
Is there something similar for firefox? Or a good free client for this browser.

There is Yoono , I use it myself, it's free, quite customizable, it supports all the main features of Twitter and not only it, there is a desktop version. Of the minuses - somewhat cumbersome, in the latest versions of Firefox, when you click "Mark All Read", the entire browser falls.
There is also Twitkit+ , an improved version of Twitkit , but it's hard to say anything about them.
You can also try Twitbin , but I personally do not like it because of the extremely small number of settings and general inconvenience.
In addition, as far as I remember, there is a Twitter plugin for Yandex.Elements.
